Contact us by email at: <a href=\"mailto:excellence@bbaf.ulaval.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">excellence@bbaf.ulaval.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 id=\"MES\"><a id=\"program\"><\/a>Exemption scholarships available through agreements signed with MES<\/h2>\n<p>The scholarships of <strong>exemptions available through\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/en\/education\/study-quebec\/financial-assistance-international-students\/exemptions-tuition-fees-under-international-agreements\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>agreements signed with Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Enseignement sup\u00e9rieur<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0(MES)<\/strong>\u00a0is managed by MES. It allows international students to be exempted from supplemental tuition fees so they pay the same tuition as Qu\u00e9bec students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You must submit your application for exemption to officials in your home country.\u00a0<\/strong>If you have already received an exemption, please follow all\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/en\/education\/study-quebec\/required-conditions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">conditions of exemption<\/a>\u00a0to remain in good standing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><a id=\"francais-belges-francophones\"><\/a>French and francophone Belgian students<\/h3>\n<p>Under a student mobility agreement among the governments of Qu\u00e9bec, France and the French Community of Belgium, qualifying French and francophone Belgian university students in Cycle One (Bachelor\u2019s level) are eligible to pay the <strong>same fees as Canadians who are non-residents of Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong>. French and francophone Belgian students enrolled in a Cycle Two university program (a Master\u2019s) are eligible to pay the <strong>same fees as Qu\u00e9bec residents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/en\/education\/study-quebec\/financial-assistance-international-students\/exemptions-tuition-fees-under-international-agreements#c119841\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Students from France<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/en\/education\/study-quebec\/financial-assistance-international-students\/exemptions-tuition-fees-under-international-agreements#c119842\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Francophone Belgian students<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Students in other categories<\/h3>\n<h4>How to apply<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Check whether your\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn-contenu.quebec.ca\/cdn-contenu\/adm\/min\/education\/publications-adm\/ES\/Etudier-quebec\/Pays-signataires.pdf?1637614058\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">country has signed<\/a>\u00a0a cooperation agreement or bilateral accord with Qu\u00e9bec.<\/li>\n<li>Contact the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn-contenu.quebec.ca\/cdn-contenu\/adm\/min\/education\/publications-adm\/ES\/Etudier-quebec\/List-people-responsible-managing-exemptions.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">authority in your country of citizenship or at the international organization that manages exemptions<\/a>\u00a0for information on selection criteria and to get your application form.<\/li>\n<li>Send your letter of admission or proof of registration from your university and the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn-contenu.quebec.ca\/cdn-contenu\/adm\/min\/education\/publications-adm\/ES\/Etudier-quebec\/FO-Exemptions-Annexe2-ang.pdf?1637616505\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">application form (Appendix II)<\/a>\u00a0to the organization responsible for managing exemptions in your country.<\/li>\n<li>The designated authorities in your country are required to send exemption applications to MES. Your country is responsible for selecting applicants.
